about meg.

{she/her/hers}

Throughout my life, I’ve been guided by my grandfather’s simple philosophy--

take care of your corner, and the whole world gets a bit better.

This wisdom has become the thread connecting everything I do—an invitation to tend to the small, the sacred, and the everyday acts of care that ripple outward into something much greater.

Over the years, my work has taken many shapes—each one rooted in a deep love for community and the natural world. I’ve sat in circles with young social justice leaders, co-creating Healing Justice practices that remind us what collective care can look like. I’ve helped visionary organizations build the bones of their missions, designing systems that allow mindfulness and community engagement to truly thrive. There have been moonlit gatherings where I’ve held space for folks to return to their femme and feminine magic, and long forest walks where friends and I remember that the faeries are still here, and the trees are our teachers... And through it all, there has been food: simple, seasonal, and full of spirit. Recipes that invite us to taste the earth’s magic and come home to our bodies, one joyful bite at a time.

With a Master’s in Human Rights Education, a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Politics, and a 200-hour Power Yoga certification, my work now weaves together movement, mindfulness, and nourishment as pathways to collective healing.

At the heart of it all, my mission is to help people remember their belonging—to their bodies, to one another, and to the living world that holds us all.
